You are here. You have arrived in this moment, and that is sacred.
There are times when remembrance feels far away—when life becomes heavy, loud, or rushed. But your connection to God, the Source-Creator, has never left you. It is here now, waiting to be felt. This simple practice is an invitation to return to your inner sanctuary and remember what has always been true: you are divine, light, and loved beyond measure.
Let this be a soft place to land, a space to reconnect, a breath of the holy.

Find A Quiet Space
Find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed. Light a candle if it calls to you. Bring a journal nearby, or simply come as you are.
Sit comfortably. Close your eyes.
Take a slow, deep breath through the nose… and release gently through the mouth.
Again… and again.
Let each breath guide you inward.
Anchoring into the Earth
Feel your body begin to soften. Sense the way it rests against the ground or chair.
Now, bring your awareness to the base of your spine. Imagine a stream of golden light extending down from your body and traveling into the crystalline core of Mother Earth. Feel her receive you. Let her hold you.
Say silently or aloud:
"I ground myself in love. I anchor into the heart of the Earth."
Breathe.
Opening to the Divine Light
Now, bring your awareness to the crown of your head. Begin to sense a soft, radiant light above you—the eternal light of God, the Source-Creator. It is warm, luminous, and filled with love.
Allow this light to gently pour into you—through your crown, into your heart, your belly, your hands, your feet. Let it fill every part of you.
Whisper or feel the words:
"I open to the light of the One. I allow my soul to remember."
Breathe. Receive.
Heart Connection & Divine Presence
Place both hands over your heart.
Feel its rhythm. Feel your breath within your chest.
Now imagine a spark of light at the center of your heart—growing, glowing, expanding. This is the light of your soul, always connected to the Divine.
Feel the presence of God, Source-Creator, with you now. Not above you or outside of you—within you.
You may sense warmth, emotion, stillness, or peace.
Stay here as long as you need. This is your remembrance.
Integration & Reflection
When you are ready, gently return your awareness to the room. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Open your eyes slowly.
You may wish to write down what you felt or heard, or you may simply keep the experience close.
Speak this aloud:
"I am the light of the One. I carry the divine within me. I remember who I am."
Let this energy stay with you. Walk gently. Speak kindly. Be present.
You have returned.
With absolute love,
Shea
